Joe Rogan is asking layman questions just like my mind.

This is about expanding your HEALTHSPAN (which therefore increases your lifespan) not just increase your lifespan. Too many people imagine themselves crippled at 90. Pure NMN & Resveratrol available to buy at "DoNotAge dot org"

Im suprised David Sinclair doesn't mention Nrf2 and Nrf1 activation? The one that im on has been proven by the NIH to extend life span by 7%.

Glad he's endorsing hard exercise. i've been saying that intensive cardio keeps a body young. I've traveled around the world by bicycle.

Cool, I've been taking DHEA, BHT, BCAA, and other anti-aging supplements since the 80's. I also took Saw Palmetto so I wouldn't get bald like Rogan did.

@Chris Esposito Vitamin Research Products in Mountainview CA. Not sure if they're still around though.

Dr. Sinclair, LifeVantage is getting ready to release a product that has been shown to increase sirtuins by 100% in 24 hours. Would this be something that you think might have merit?

Tap tap tap...Hello...Humans bodies are GOVERNED to live much shorter lives BY DESIGN...for obvious reasons...

If you think your government would allow its slaves (you), to be healthier, more intelligent and to live much longer lives, then you are a dumbed down dope, which is exactly what they want their slave population to be comprised of...

The enslaved population is kept that way by indoctrination, not education...and certainly not by allowing a longer living, wiser being to lead the other slaves to freedom...

The government has developed better and better ways of dumbing down and dividing its slaves...

The human brain was meant to last many hundreds of years...However, modifying it to last less than 100 is essential to keeping the population in check and as I mentioned earlier, shorter lives STOP TRUE WISDOM and advanced intelligence dead in its tracks... 😎

Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell :)

As far as I can tell, all these drug interventions he's talking about are doing what fasting and exercise do (and probably not as well). It's all about the mitochondria. And it's all about avoiding diabetic metabolism. That means training your body to burn fat, not sugar, predominantly. Avoid refined carbs. Do HIIT once a week. Lift heavy weights once or twice a week. Do regular activity everyday. Live to 100 with high function and health.
