Instructions unclear, ended up with two dead parakeets, floured, rolled, pressed through a pasta machine, cut and fried with pepper, lemon making extra sure not to put any parsely in it. Didn't taste very good, granted I didn't use a pan. It was almost as bad as driving a car with four wheels

Wait. In your Aglio e olio video you say it’s only 6 ingredients and you add red pepper flakes. In this video you say it’s 7 and you DON’T add red pepper flakes.

You can heavily salt the water it boils in and the pasta will take on the salt flavour. Some Italian pasta purists say to never ever salt the dough and only salt the water.

So I made the Pasta Aglio E Olio but I used lime instead of lemon, crushed garlic, and dried parsley. But oh man.. the flavor of the garlic, olive oil, and parsley was so gooooood. And the citrus really brought it together. I also realize when you add pepper and salt, it makes it 10 times better.
