What I Eat in a Day!
An honest look at what I eat in a day when not counting calories and eating what I want. This was eye opening and made me realize that measuring and weighing what I eat is EXTREMLY important. The extra tablespoon here and there adds up quickly! I needed this dose of reality in my life.

You are so sweet! I love how you are honest about the topic with yourself and with your audience. You’re not afraid about it, and you have the motivation to really make a change. Step by step. I think that you should really watch several informative videos on intermittent fasting. If you adopt a fasting focused lifestyle, you would be able to eliminate any health issues that have accumulated over the year, and you will easily lose weight. It is always difficult at first, but that’s what life is about. Battling with our mind. But the thing is, we are in control of our body. And not the opposite. What she doesnt show u is what she eats in a day on a "regular" basis. She is morbid obese, if she was only consuming 2800 cals i na day she would be losing weight. Also her estimates on things are way off so the info she inputs into the app is already incorrect. In order to get to her size, you need to put in real work. It takes a lot of eating to get that big. You dont become that huge by cheating here or there or over consuming by 1k cals a day. I guarantee u shes consuming around 4000 calories and more i na day on a regular basis.

I have found that portion control makes a huge difference, eating late/before bed truly isn't good for our bodies, sugar and fat in quantity equal obesity/unhealthy body, starving isn't good for the mind or heart, and the only way I will get back in shape after my first baby gets here will be to be 💯 percent honest with myself. I've gained 65 lbs this pregnancy! Agghhhh. Lol.

Girl, you need to be honest with yourself. That food 3x a day is enough for 4 people. Lose the weight, or you'll end up with diabetes, and heart disease. You need to remember you won't get anywhere unless you think CONTROL, DISCIPLINE, and being honest with YOURSELF.

hi jen ..i have lots of weight and most of mine is water.i have heart failure and have to stay within a 1500 cal a day plus can only drink about 6 cups of fluid/water/juice.if i eat 1000 cal a day i gain weight ,thank you for making this video.you can work on ..go slowly a bit less each day with the portion size and watch how you cook it

A few tips for you if you ever actually want to lose weight. Never drink calories they are all empty. Never have more then one serving of any item even if its "healthy" 1 serving is always enough. Count every gram or ounce of food when weighing. Cut portion sizes in half. Almost everything in America is an oversized portion

I don't want to be just another one that gives advice because different things work for different people, but I'm gonna anyways, LOL. I think there is one thing we could all agree on & that is sticking to & only buying foods that only has one ingredient in it!
Stop buying, eating manufacturer's bastardised foods. Man made foods are killing us all! Only eat nature's foods of meat, veg & fruit. Also fasting a little everyday is your friend esp when we eat all the time. Giving our digestive system a break everyday helps the body working on breaking down other alien toxins from man-made foods that have stayed in our systems. Our body's digestive system has to work ever so hard in breaking down all that food, I'm surprised you can even stand up throughout the day after eating all that food. My body would shut down & be wanting to sleep after each one of them meals! But like I said before we're all different...hmmm.

Bravo to you for being honest. I see ONE serving of vegetables that you ate that day when we are supposed to have 6 - 10. The iceberg lettuce doesn't count because it's not green so there is very little nutritional value in it. I would bet that if you did one thing...and that is to make sure you eat at least 6 servings of fruits/vegetables, you would have no room for all the food you are eating...which is about what 4 people eat. How about a smoothie of real fruit for breakfast (frozen or fresh berries, 1/2 a banana and a handful of spinach in the blender with a cup of almond milk). Right away that's 4 servings of fruits and vegetable. After that you will be so full there will be no room for those horrible sausage sandwiches. 
Did you know that cold cuts and sausage are cancer causing?

She is eating way too much on her plate, she is eating too much salt, fat, and sugar, and water should not be drunk during the meal only after to help digest her food. High protein and low carb and some form of daily exercise

A lot of people actually eat more than you did! The food was just high in calories. We’ve all been surprised by those nasty little calories!! Keep on trying, you will lose! I need to lose too—a lot of us are struggling! Those people that say things like you’re a medical time bomb, etc—-do they really think the weight is going to come off overnight? It takes time! It didn’t come on overnight and it’s not going to come off over night!! Being aware of what you eat is the first step! God bless you and help you on your weight loss journey!!

I am on prednisone and am hungry all the time. I just can't seem to stop eating. I also have sugar and all this isn't helping me.
