Ahsoka Tano Gaming 1) your comment isn’t entirely coherent. That sentence about a 12 year old is totally out of place there. You need to rewrite your comment it explain it better.

2) People don’t get double murder charges when it the victim was pregnant

3) my body, MY CHOICE! NOT your choice!

Philip DeFranco please look into the 40 states suing pharmaceutical companies....... this will be a historical event

Can you maybe do a video on the Tarte scandal?
They named a pair of lashes in their latest collaboration “Kosovo” which symbolizes confrontation between two countries, terror and pain of the people of Kosovo.😨😨
Really unprofessional,I’m totally disappointed. Check the comments on their latest ig posts for the collab.

Allowing abortions in the cases of rape and incest make sense; but, don't those abortions punish the unborn persons as much as they do the perpetrators of those criminal activities? And how far is too far? I mean, we already know an aborted fetus can be worth up to $50k unless it's brought to term; however, if it's born then "aborted" (i.e. post birth abortion, which is just murder IMHO) it's worth far more! And, why can't we recognize an unborn person as a human being? Just not convenient for us in this microwave, everything is disposable, generation? Is there no morality left?

I like how Jeffree was even worse at James' age and now he's mass deleting all of his past tweets after throwing the kid under the bus. What a hypocrite.

People fighting over other people using their bodies to force births even if they where forced upon by others vs people who think aborting is the same as going up to a kindergartner and offing them.

Could site medical evidence about the unborn not having a brain waves until later, but then I suspect they would counter some unconfirmable about spirits and such. A fight fueled by emotion ether way.

The only logical conclusion, let the individual decide.

"Because an unborn baby is a person who deserves love and protection."
And women don't deserve love and protection? Disgusting. How the heck are we supposed to make progress towards a better world when places like Alabama keep pulling us back?

I am disappointed in San Francisco's decision. My personal view on government surveillance is that if you've nothing illegal to hide, then you need not worry. However, that is coming from someone who was born in a privileged position, with good mental health. So I am not susceptible to the desperation of poverty, nor the need for things such as weed. So I'm not sure I really get much of a say honestly. But, for what it's worth, I am a supporter of reasonable surveillance, with due oversight. Having said that, I am troubled by the statistic regarding women of color. By merit of that that alone, what WAS in place was clearly in need of better oversight and adjustment. But better oversight and adjustment POORLY translates into, "let's just scrap the whole thing altogether". I suppose only time will tell if this ended up being the correct move. I'm inclined to believe otherwise. I hope I am wrong...

I suspect I'm missing context here, so bare with me. But, from what I've gleaned thus far, I am not happy for Tati. I feel she has unduly benefited from a smear campaign, and that she will now earn a substantial increase in revenue, not as a result of expanding her business pallet or upping the quality of her content, but capitalizing on another's downfall. I do however, NOT feel sorry for James Charles. Although I feel that the catalyst for this whole issue was ill-founded, I do believe it has exposed his duplicitous actions, and the end result is overall positive in that regard.

The flag of Alabama is a giant red x to warn us women to stay away

If you don't learn from history you are doomed to repeat it. Before row v wade we had women dying and women getting sick from back-alley abortions we had a criminal element making money doing illegal abortions. we also have a bunch of unwanted babies coming into the world who may end up abused or stuck in foster care. If they get lucky the baby will get adopted but about 20 min from where I live is a children's home for kids no one seems to want to adopt they are not bad kids my daughters went to school with them it's just that they are not the cute cuddly babies every parent wants. this is a slippery slope where the only ones that truly pay the price are the poorer women of the state and our country because we all know that the rich making the dumbass laws will just leave the state/country and do what they want.

Wincest............Sweet home Alabama :T

I will forever and always be pro-choice. I don’t like abortion and I’ve never had one, but I believe that every woman should have that choice.

Doesn’t matter what your opinion on abortion is. The state’s law is an extension of the people’s will, and Alabama wants to illegalize it. Go to another state if you want to kill human life so bad

I think what actually happened re: James Charles is some more (less?) mature YouTubers were offended that the (fairly) new kid on the block was selected for the Met Gala over them. The timing is just...too absurd. Judgment was compromised, reactions were way out of scale—this only could have gone down this way in the weeks following the Met Gala.

There so much red tape for adoption. There are thousands of people on waiting lists!

Banning technologies doesn't solve underlying issues of privacy. You can't effectively eliminate technologies. Facial recognition is going to be a thing whether the government endorses it or not. You just need proper oversight channels for the use of technologies that can invade privacy. The bill banning facial recognition software is stupid, backwards thinking no matter how good their motives are.

Second: men are just as much if not more responsible for abortions due to them being able to impregnate a woman every time they have sex. A woman has sex a hundred times in a year and can have only one baby brought to term. Men can impregnate a hundred women in that same situation. Why don’t we force all men to get vasectomies? Take male birth control? because it’s a violation of their bodies and you can’t REGULATE what humans do with their bodies like their friggin cattle. Also if you don’t want unwanted babies being born why don’t you criminalize men not using protection unless in the instance of procreation? Criminalize men not getting vasectomies? It’s an attack on women. We still view women as not being able to have sex for pleasure as men do, and not giving them the same rights to their bodies

First off: If unborn children have more rights then women already, at what point are we going to cross over into full handmaids tale of women being forced to have children because of low population or their eggs being collected because “unborn children” have precedence. Women do not OWE the world children. It’s not our purpose in life.

How do you feel kinda vouching for tatti? I'm not a follower of both parties, I am kinda annoyed at James Charles tbh but when I saw Tatti's video it rubbed me of the wrong way instantly. It has this "I made you, I can destroy you" vibe.

So you kind of defending her really draws the line for me. Unsubscribe

(completely) banning abortions but not banning guns? As a German I really don't get American politics.

Why does everyone just assume these Alabama Legislators did this totally on their own because they are mean old men? The people of Alabama already voted on an Amendment to the state constitution recognizing the sanctity of life for unborn children. So it’s not like the hundreds of thousands of people who voted to pass it disagree. But sure let’s make it seem like it’s a bunch of old white guys trying to control women with no support. Because that isn’t like poking a dead horse with a stick. But I guess when all you got is tired and unfunny incest jokes, it isn’t that surprising.

Hi guys. Sooo I am an Alabama resident. This new bill is terrifying for me personally and here is why-

I have severe endometriosis among other health issues- health issues that would be aggravated by a high risk pregnancy. Yet I don't fall under the life at risk category under that bill in this state as the state is only recognizing certain health conditions under that exception. This is absolutely terrifying because there may come day be a point where I have to choose between death or prison....

I believe it does infringe Rowe v Wade. I normally would roll my eyes but the high restrictions and privacy violations as part of the law are completely unconstitutional

An unborn baby never has and never will have rights that supersede those of the person that is carrying it. Doesn't matter what I think, what legislators think, what religions think, or even what the doctors think. It is the woman's decision on whether or not to continue supporting the fetus/child that she has growing inside of her at the expense of her own body and that is that. To remove that right to her body autonomy is a violation of her rights, and to say that the "rights" of a person who isn't even f**king born yet spits in the face of having any rights at all.

Anyone surprised that all the states that want to ban abortions are from the bible belt and heavily uneducated?

The problem with the Georgia film industry boycott thing is each and every one of the people in the industry calling for the boycott 0 power to actually enforce it. They are nobodys. Seriously producers and directors decide where things are filmed. Actors do what they're told and show up where they're supposed to show up. It's an empty threat just as much as a sex ban is an empty threat. It is also no one's business but those who live in those states. Per the Constitution the states have the right to create any law they want that does not go against the Constitution. If you don't like the law don't live there otherwise shut up.

What's happening in Alabama is a travesty, but if people want to keep going backwards (as conservatives do) then we should let them. Alabama is currently ranked 44th for violent crime, 48th in poverty, 43rd in education, and 48th for healthcare. Just a reminder for international viewers, the U.S. only has 50 states. In just about every metric, Alabama is among the worst states you could ever have the misfortune to live in and this abortion ban if not stopped until it passes its legislative challenge will make all of these factors worse. The worst part is it will take several decades for the worst effects of this ban to be felt as it will take 15-20 years for these unwanted pregnancies to grow up as foster care/broken homes into our future violent criminals. This is not a controversial statement to any political scientist that specializes in crime. But for some reason Alabamans continually perpetuate policies that keep them among the most regressive, crime-ridden, impoverished, and ignorant communities within the U.S. It's really hard to feel bad for people suffering under the consequences of their own policies.

The thought that r v w could become a thing of the past is absolutely horrible in my opinion! As a mother of 2 teen daughters, I hate to think they couldn't have a right to do what they need or want with their own bodies! I don't think abortion is to be used as a form of birth control, but if raped, seriously, they cannot have this relief!? This country is becoming more and more disgusting! This saddens me to my core!

The jurisprudence on Roe v. Wade has nothing to do with abortion, it is all about privacy within your body. Abortion legalization is a part of that privacy. Therefore if Roe were completely overturned, anything that you want done to your body, or need to have done, could be outlawed by the states. Everything from piercings and tattoos to medical procedures would be viable to restriction by the states. For those who oppose abortion, that is the world you are trying to return us to, where you have no privacy within yourself. Privacy within the self is the reason why Roe should not, and probably will not ever be overturned as the justices know why Roe actually exists and no one wants to stand in front of the American people and say yes I am the justice who made the decision that allowed the state to tell you you can't get your ears pierced.

It's crazy that national media cover such a stupid news I think it's a good thing because it means that nothing bad happens there and that's the only relevant thing or on the contrary it's worrying because something is happening and the media uses news like that to distract the people from what really matters ...🧐

I miss when you use to actually cover news and important things instead of just dumb a** YouTube drama

I used to follow Tati...Before the crying vitamin video, Tati published another video expressing her concerns about the stability of her channel and amount of followers she had. Why? Because she was going to publish content less frequently and she feared that maybe that was going to hurt her channel.... Then the vitamin tantrum video got published. As soon as this happened, I stopped following her. To make such a crying ranting tantrum video over having a friend working with other businesses or competitors is not just wrong but also out of line...(also so convenient to bring drama to her channel and get way more exposure for her business and to get followers)... Its business, imho your friend can support your business and another businesses too. If your product is good, it will speak by its own!! I found very toxic, how she was telling us that that was friendship betrayal. It is toxic that if you help someone as a friend or mentor, you have to rub every single thing you did for them on their face. When you truly mean well and do something for someone else, you do it without expecting things in return; without expecting eternal loyalty and some sort of ownership on them. As a friend or future mother figure, there is a lot to be desired on how she should have behaved overall... You dont expose and trash someone else career like this, when the person was someone you truly deeply cared about!! At this point, I think she mentored him and expected to keep him under her wing, always expecting something in return. And because she could not control completely James to fullfill the 'crazy transactional loyalty' terms she imposed... Then Tati did this out of spice to teach James a 'lesson'....A good mentor and friend would not have created this situation, nor react to their mentee like this either. Very
dissapointed on your behaviour Tati...
