I quite like the books “The Axe Man” about the Morag Tong assassin killing his abusive guardian as a child, and “Confessions of a Khajit Furtrader”, about a Khajit thats so stricken with poverty that he has to sell his dead brother’s pelt

I watched the whole video, I wish he’d have recapped the “5” books at the end of the video, especially with the best one really being four of a unnumbered series in order just by name

Now read all the books from The Witcher 3!!

So much world building in a world where magic is common, though prisons have no matter of keeping you from using magic to slay everyone inside as a prisoner without weapons.

A while back I realised that in Skyrim I hoard books but I never read them. My newest playthrough has a rule: if I pick up a book, I have to read it. I'm allowing myself to skim read the truly boring ones, but I have been amazed by how many of the books I'm finding genuinely interesting and funny.

The one that really sticks out to me is The Cake and the Diamond. Not because I particularly liked it or anything (I've read far better since), but because every second building in Skyrim has a copy of that book and I had never read it before. I had no idea what it was about and Skyrim is my most played game! I have passed by thousands of copies of it over the years but never once bothered to read it... Made me question just how much else I've missed over the years.

On one of my playthroughs I tried to collect every book I could find with the hope of reading each one, eventually. But of course that didn't happen. But there are some very interesting books in Skyrim. I liked the ones about Boethiah and The Wolf Queen the best.

Well thank you for making my depressed ass feel a bit better. Two of my favorite things are Skyrim and books. Plus because you're very good at this. This is my first video of yours. I feel like you have charisma and intellect +10.

I think I read pretty much every book in Skyrim, Morrowind and Oblivion. Not all of them in Daggerfall though. It's actually a part I like in TES since it expands the lore so much and give a nice break in any quest. And also why I found TESO so disappointing regarding this same expanded lore.

No now I’m just intimidated by you
