I remodel and flip homes for a living. In middle GA, there are very few skilled workers to hire.

Kids 20 to 30 years old are useless, cannot properly change a light bulb...and if you do hire them, they are constantly looking at their phone. I won't hire Mexicans because they don't care, cannot speak English and have no skills and most are illegal. THERE IS NO ONE TO HIRE!!!

Hey Mike? I love your work then and now. I am a 40 yr Master Machinist and would love to teach the younger ones! It is time to pass on my knowledge. Let me help!
Yes...i earned that title before society decided nobody could master anything.

With safety, best to make the work system safe as possible before you start work.
Buccaneers tend to injure and die rather easily otherwise.
Work hard but work smart. Like Honnold.
Working smart means not exporting all your factory work to China.

This is not a dis on Rowe. I will say this...The biting off of lamb nuts is an old tried and true method that was used when the tools we have today weren't available. It works. So does a sharp knife. People do this stuff every day and it's not weird or gross. I showed this video to my in laws and it was like they were watching a stand up comedian. Get 'woke' folks!

And in a fascinating epilogue, Mike did try in that moment of clarity to describe for the sheep farmers his newly-found insights into anagnorisis and peripeteia. But all they were able to make out was , "Mumble mumble mumble, mumble mumble!"

Mike I have so much respect for you. When I was in FFA in high school the worst thing I saw was dehorning cattle . Have you ever seen that ? Most farmers now just breed polled livestock rather than do that.
