This video has a lot of misinformation
Anyone who is new to working out please don’t listen to this guy and take it as fact there is so much misinformation in the fitness industry. This guy is talking about from his perspective he deadlifts fucking cars, and 890 pound barbells. Deadlift is a very core exercise the trick to not fucking up a deadlift is knowing how to do it and practice do it with little to no weight start there and build making sure you do it right.
Imagine this new generation without electricity all week 😂
bama and clemson does deadlift
http://www.youtubesmov.com/mov/8VRxXBa8gPd/vid.html? your information is wrong.
?Didnt have electricity, next sentence "i went home and googled it :)
"growing up" VS "after graduating college"
Physical or virtual. Your brain recognizes it as a reward in your brain. Doesnt matter
He "doesn't speak good English"...well neither do you buddy
Surprised they arent debating if Superman can beat the Hulk
Robert has his head on his shoulders, really nice guy
He looks like aris-Chan :)
Yeah, I hate lifting weights in the first place. I'd much rather go on a hike and actually have an experience that I can remember. Much more entertaining than sitting there doing the same thing over and over.
@The Dawg I mean really do you think it is natural to sit down all day and work specific muscle groups for hours at a time?
Cool story bro
He’s just saying don’t lift heavy, you can still deadlift lighter and do 6-10 reps and gain a lot of benefits from that you’ll build a stronger lower back, glutes and hamstrings but if you’re going for 1-2 reps then you better be doing it perfect otherwise you’re gonna snap ur shit up for no good reason
His traps are fuckin crazy man.
It is a fact that weed has been so unfairly demonized for about a century now.. for a country that puts quite a bit of faith in scientific backing, weed has never been shown to deserve it's status, slowly the states and people are waking up to that fact... It should be treated like alcohol regulations, because people are going to do it and we might as well regulate it and accept it as an industry... It will benefit us more this way
I got a slipped disc. I was just getting introduced to olympic lifts and I was deadlifting. One of these things caused it I'm sure.

Yes the old saying goes I have to work up an appetite does anybody remember that you work hungry that way the work gets done faster the job gets done better no matter what it is beating somebody's ass or lift in 500 lb over your head work up the appetite then eat
Robert: “And his brother is actually the lead singer of Powerman 5000.”Joe: has no idea who they areJoe: “Really? Oh, wow.”

Convinced me. Got a hex bar this week for deadlifts. I'm not worried about my back at all anymore.
@that cool hiv guy 221212 I'd love to see some science behind this.
bro hex bars are way more dangerous for deadlifts. Just get proper form on conventional dls. When you finish a conventional deadlift the bar weight hangs in FRONT of your torso. With a hex bar its hanging on your side and could potentially go behind your torso, which would 100% give you an injury.
Dude don’t even know the difference between pronated or supinated wouldn’t take this silly advice a snatch would fuck you up way worse
Wtf?! The Catalyst. My old hangout!
Also running atleast marathon running you can watch videos and research the topic of its negative effects for example it1.promotes cortisol and is not benefical to hormones like testosterone2.increased chances of strain and stress on the body3.body temperature increases4.its apparently bad for your kidneys and heart if i remmember correctly though beneficial to the lungs last i recollect
Robert seems pretty cool and i mean no offense but deadlifts are good for you allso i like the fact he is a rocker (back on topic)its quite beneficial like any excercises if you do it correctly and wisely like not overdoing it also they work many of the major mucle groups and it makes you stronger however you must use proper form and equipment and perhaps most importantly listen to your body and dont over work yourself also deadlifting improves your hormones and powerlifting with the big 3 deadlift especially being one of if not the saffest excercises weightlifting is certainly more dangerous/risky especially with higher weight remmember do what you can manage
Rogue does make the best shit.
Joe: Arnold was there?Robert: YeaJoe: rAHRAHRahRA
