Hell, I had to deal with a lot of OSHA bs when doing construction at the Pentagon. The biggest thing coincidentally was each construction company having to provide water for their employees at all times, which mine did not. We actually had to steal water from other construction companies water coolers just to stay hydrated. It sucked, specially considering the construction was in a part of the building that was demolished from the plane crash thus it was actually outside and was in the dead heat of summer.
