My mom uses a blend of Monterey jack and mozzarella.
I find that ricotta in most lasagnas goes unseasoned, which is a dumb idea when it has basically no flavor. Alone, I like it on crackers, or toast, they don't overpower it's tiny flavor. T

Whenever someone cooks an italian dish we italians get angry. No matter how good or bad you make it you're always wrong. I realized I was getting mad but cant really say why. Doesent matter if you're american or italian, making it the right way or changing it. Whatever you do is wrong.
