It would seem as though most modern comedies have a Teddy: a hapless, lovable loser whose behavior straddles the line between funny and halting. Perhaps Teddy Brûlée captures the character better than any other food could - sweet, unhealthy, and holding a blowtorch.

Binging with Babish
The definition of batter means the liquid mixture of ingredients used in baking. An example of batter is the combination of eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda and chocolate chips used to make a cake.

Dough: A mixture of flour, a leavening agent, and a small amount of liquid ingredients that forms a mass, which is thick, but pliable.

And raw is just anything uncooked so really that’s almost any cooked food before cooking.

So I would go with batter because it’s the most specific to the case and follows the definition closest.

How did you go from Pretzel Sticks to graham crackers? You mentioned s'mores and kind of went off on a tangent with the video and your narration.

You need molasses to make proper Graham crackers. Smitten Kitchen has a good recipe for them, and they're absolutely fabulous compared to store bought versions

Fun fact: Marshmallow is no longer made from the marshmallow plant and was instead replaced with the jet puffed method (which uses only sugar) due to war time lack of availability.

Gotta hand it to ya my guy, not a bad Michael Cain impression.

gentle caressing of graham cracker dough at 2:38

The reason your marshmallows still tasted like store bought is because the recipe didn't have real mallow root in it. Try it sometime! It truly makes a difference!

Just a reminder to you all that burnt things cause cancer (in a notable fashion). Eat responsibly.

If you want to do the first method. you can put the bowl over a boiling pot of water. this should gently melt the chocolate and the marshmallows a little bit. then use a small torch.
