I have LED bulbs around my home and I was told one reason my bulbs never fully turn off was because I use light up switches.

Of course I put one of those bulbs in a room that doesn't use a light up switch and it does fully turn off.

Can't be just me, right?

Everyone with glowing bulbs means your electrician did a shoddy job and wired the switch on the neutral side of the light instead of the hot side.

So if I have led pot lights which are doing the same thing, if I introduce a driver to the circuit will that solve my problem or what could I add?

While what you do is made to be funny, you should stop taking risks like that, or one day it won't be funny when you end up dead.
Also, if children happen to watch your video, they could do something similar and end up dead. You need to be more careful.

Thank god. Your videos save my life. I have leds for my interior lights in my 2004 Jeep gc, and they are connected to a dimmer in my car. When I open the door and run the car the leds will turn on them dim, but then they stay dim for quite some time while I drive which is rather annoying imo. I hope adding resistors will help solve this problem. It’s because the original housing of the bulbs are for incandescent bulbs which require more power, in thinking that there is still a small amount of residual power even when the lights are theoretically switched off.

So the reason is: leakage current.
