I've recently started making pizzas, and even got myself a pizzastone. Even though my oven doesn't go above 275 degrees celsius, the pizza still turns out absolutely perfect with the exception of the crust. The crust always gets super dry and hard. Any tips for this?

I’ve never tried to make home made pizza before so I gave this recipe a try.  It tasted great, but I ran into two problems.  The first was to spin the pizza dough, it was a fail and I just spread it out into a circle with a rolling pin and my hands.  The second problem was trying to get the pizza off the pizza peel.  I ended up scraping the pizza off the peel and onto the pizza stone with a wooden spatula.  It had a really irregular shape by the time I got it onto the pizza stone, but after 12 minutes at 500 deg F, I had my first home made pizza.  It was surprisingly really good.
